The selfdriven Identity and Trust Framework is a hybrid centralised and decentralised system.
A community can choose the level of centralisation to start with, as this is what majority of society is used, and then progress to be being more decentralised i.e. less custodial.
A community can of course start fully decentralised if they wish to.
The selfdriven framework is aligned with the W3C Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) framework.
